The College for Living Program Assistant will support and assist the College for Living Program Administrator and the Life Skills Mentors in the daily running of the CFL program. The Program Assistant will engage in program development activities with the guidance of the Program Administrator while also supporting the Life Skills Mentors during instructional time.

The Life Enrichment Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to House Managers/Shift Supervisors and ensuring compliance and quality care. A primary function of this position is to schedule, plan, and coordinate resident activities for all campuses monthly. We desire a candidate who functions as a team member for the care, training, safety and supervision of the residents at Day Spring and is willing to work every other weekend. The Life Enrichment Program Assistant is responsible to the Program Manager. The starting pay for this position is $17.00/hour depending on experience. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for functioning as a team member for the care, training, safety and supervision of the residents at Day Spring. The Direct Support Professional is responsible to the House Manager/Supervisor. The starting pay for this position is $14.50-$18.00/hour depending on experience. The Life Skills Mentor is responsible for fostering a supportive learning environment and providing appropriate guidance to students as they build independent living skills. Life Skills Mentors implement identified action steps to enable each College for Living students to achieve his/her educational goals leading to increased independence. This is a part-time hourly position and reports to the College for Living Advisor. College for Living offers independent living in a campus atmosphere and is tailored to young adults with disabilities. Students enjoy a safe, responsive and nurturing learning environment where they can successfully transition to independent adulthood.

The part-time Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and outside of the physical structures, units, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet Day Spring’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This position is part-time Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays up to 24 hours weekly. The Facility Maintenance Technician is supervised by the Operations Manager.
