- Building expansion to include additional common area and instructional area
- Expand instructional kitchen
- Two outdoor spaces with raised garden beds
- Recreation/fitness room
- Renovation to individual apartments (flooring & paint)
Our Inspiration
The interior expansion plans and modern renovations will create a space more visually representative of a college! Additional safety features such as,
- Keyless entry for students
- Ring doorbell & 24/7 interior common area monitoring
- Overnight support (Resident Assistant)
will ensure students are safe while still experiencing semi-independent living.
